From a small child I grew up taking things apart and I was always interested and fascinated in how things work. Being a jack of all trades, my father taught me many things throughout the years. He enjoyed sending me in attics, basements and trenches on every project we endured together which led me to follow in his footsteps working in the electrical business. he taught me hard work, persistence , patience, and most importantly paying attention to detail. I then took my learned knowledge and experience a step further and I joined a team of Electricians called DGH Electric and that’s where I gained even more experience for the next 5 years. I worked on high rise apartment buildings which took my career to a whole other level.

I went from being in an apprenticeship for 5 years while going to IEC (Independent Electrical contractors) and then on to complete Trade School which enabled me to acquire my Journeyman’s license as I went through my journey. Being an Electrician I found myself running small jobs as I built trust and displayed what I could do as a team player. I then found myself taking things a bit further and running bigger industrial warehouse jobs, studying blueprints and requesting information. As my journey continued I accepted a position as a foreman where I learned patience with my team and learned what it meant to actually be a part of a team and to lead a team. I learned how each individual Electrician and apprentices had something good to bring to the table as I would not have been able to complete the jobs and challenges that I must face on a daily basis without my team and I soon learned how important being a team was to me.

All of these experiences, from my father to my team led me to start my own business which is Rinder Electric LLC. The transition in my career and life and building my own company Rinder Electric LLC. gave me one of the greatest opportunities in the world. I took everything that I had learned over the journey through the years of hard work and utilizing my skills to help others , teach others and to help my customers by creating a safe environment for families as well as giving them a beautiful custom lighting experience for their home.

I then found myself taking a totally different sense of pride in what I had become and with the service I was able to provide my customers, I was finally able to say I love what I do. I truly take pride in my work and proud to say I am a small business owner. I love helping others by doing things by the book. Making people smile is what drives me to continue my journey as an Electrician.

An Electrician’s number one priority is safety. We are entrusted to go make repairs, restore code any and all code violations, and perform the work that ensures my clients safety.
